- 12:38Tufts TechConnect KnowledgeBase Article Lifecycle OverviewIn order to keep our KnowledgeBase (KB) current and up to date, groups are now be asked to review and update their KB articles on a recurring basis. KB articles that haven't been updated or reviewed in over a year will be automatically retired (not deleted). To make this process manageable, the KBs will be batched and spread over the course of the coming year, and you will be given a 30-day notice to review/update before your KB is slated to be retired.
