Heart Opening Hatha Yoga w/ Elijah Mirman

Description

All undergraduate/graduate students are welcome to attend fitness classes led by trained student instructors! Classes are free and open to all levels of experience. Please come to the Hill Hall Aerobics Room (entrance is at the back of Hill Hall, up the stairs to the right of the mail room) five minutes prior to class start time. No equipment required!

An upbeat total body strength circuit combining weight training and cardio

Explorative yoga flow for softening your edges and building resilience 


Boot Camp w/ Courtney Kreitzer                                               Wednesday 8:30-9:30am

Power up your day with fun, dynamic strength and endurance training


Yin Yang Yoga w/ Elizabeth Merryweather                                          Wednesday 6-7pm

Unite calming postures with an energizing flow for a total mind-body reset


Move & Groove w/ Juliette Hawley                                                      Wednesday 7-8pm 

Let loose and learn simple choreo inspired by hip hop, jazz funk, and Latin dance


TaiChi & Qigong for Stress w/ DeVante Love                                        Thursday 5-6pm

A spiritual meditative movement flow to help you ground, destress, and heal


The Barre Scene w/ Arianna Farrell                                                 Friday 1030-1130am

Target every major muscle group through low impact, high intensity movement
