Student Life Calendar | 51 Winthrop Street, Breed Memorial Hall, Medford, MA
Kick off this academic year right and join Tufts University's 2nd annual Day of Service! Volunteers will meet promptly at 51 Winthrop Street/Breed Memorial Hall for check-in, a brief speaking program and a group photo. All supplies and instructions will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle and wear sneakers and Tufts gear. There will be snacks, water and fun raffle prizes from local businesses. Tufts students, staff, faculty, alumni, friends and community members are encouraged to participate - bring your friends! Volunteers will walk between 10 - 20 minutes from Breed Hall to assigned service sites. The event will proceed rain or shine. Please dress accordingly.  Parking is available at 419 Boston Avenue/Dowling Hall Garage. REGISTER NOW! This fall semester we will be hosting an in-person Career Fair (9/27) for students to explore and connect with organizations across a variety of industries. All Tufts students from any major are encouraged to attend - first year through graduate students!

This session will teach you how best to prepare for a career fair. You will learn best practices for your interactions and how to stand out to employers. There will also be time for Q&A after the session ends for those who would like to stick around.

We're hosting our first recreational problem-solving session on Friday, September 20th at 2 pm in Aidekman 012! (not 12 factorial) Remember, we only cover middle/high school content, and no experience is expected!
We will have three 20-minute problem-solving sections just like the one presented during the GIM, and we plan to be done between 3:00 pm and 3:15 pm. Remember that we will intercalate this kind of meeting with other fun events during the semester.
