We’ll walk you through the various tasks and responsibilities, give you a tour of our facilities, and answer any questions you might have. This training is required for anyone interested in becoming a volunteer, so don’t miss out! We look forward to seeing you there and sharing more about how you can get involved. The Tufts chapter of SEDS (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space) is our home for all things aerospace. We're committed to providing a community for all students interested in space, from space science and exploration to aerospace engineering. We offer technical project teams, such as rocketry, radio telescope, high altitude balloon, cubesat, and astrophotography, in an effort to provide students with real world engineering and science experience while also building portfolios and friends. Additionally, we offer career guidance and professional development resources, such as company tours/briefings and one-on-one mentorship pairings between new and current members. We also include social events such as movie nights, scavenger hunts, and our general meetings. Our chapter serves all those from simply curious about space to those hoping to pursue a career in the aerospace industry. We'd be thrilled to have you!
