Please come to the Hill Hall Aerobics Room (entrance is at the back of Hill Hall, up the stairs to the right of the mail room) five minutes prior to class start time. No equipment required! Join us on Monday, March 3, from 6:00-7:00 PM in the Steve Tisch Sports and Fitness Center, Multipurpose Room (2nd Floor) for a relaxing yoga session designed to help you de-stress and recharge. No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself, a yoga mat (if you have one), and comfy clothes! Mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
