Jumbo Fire & Flow presents WOMBAT 2025 - A day of flow arts workshops.
- Juggle, spin poi, hoops, staff, etc. Mess around with all kinds of other props.
- Come by, hang out, listen to some tunes, and flow art with us!
- Beginners welcome and encouraged (all of the current leadership started with no experience).

FIRE JAM (weather pending) following the day of workshops. All are welcome.

Healing Hatha Flow w/ Elijah Mirman

All undergraduate/graduate students are welcome to attend fitness classes led by trained student instructors! Classes are free and open to all levels of experience. Please come to the Hill Hall Aerobics Room (entrance is at the back of Hill Hall, up the stairs to the right of the mail room) five minutes prior to class start time. No equipment required!
