This 2-day retreat at the Providence Zen Center opens to all Tufts students. Itis an excellent opportunity for students to take a pause from their busy lives and enjoy the beauty of mindful practices. We will depart on Friday evening and come back to campus on Sunday. Main activities will include sitting meditation, walking meditation, dharma talks, chanting, etc. It is open to all undergraduate and graduate students.
