Connections to the Continent is a discussion series hosted by the African Student Organization (ASO) at Tufts, providing a space for students to engage in meaningful conversations about Africa’s diverse cultures, histories, and current events. These discussions explore themes such as identity, social and political movements, and the diaspora’s relationship with the continent. Through guest speakers, student-led conversations, and interactive dialogues, Connections to the Continent fosters critical reflection and a deeper understanding of Africa’s global influence while strengthening community ties among students passionate about the continent.
