A skills-based group for students who want practical tools to manage everyday stress. Grounded in mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), each session weaves together education, guided discussion, and hands-on practice so you can shift unhelpful thought patterns and build real-life coping strategies. We’ll tackle challenges like procrastination, perfectionism, self-criticism, and feeling overwhelmed in a supportive, dynamic space.
