The vibrant city of Oaxaca, Mexico awaits you this summer! Join Tufts Global Education and SMFA Faculty to learn about SMFA 194 - Special Topics: Fresco in Mexico! Attend an information session to learn more about the program logistics, academic credit, and exciting content! 
 
Program Dates: Mid-May- Mid/End June2026
Application Deadline: Dec 1
Eligibility: 2.75 GPA and Good Standing. Recommended for intermediate to advanced-level undergraduate and graduate SMFA students, but this course is open to Tufts undergraduate students from all schools and disciplines. No prior Spanish language background required. International travel to Mexico is a required component of this program.
Scholarships: Scholarships are limited and interested individuals are encouraged to meet with their financial aid counselor to explore access to any additional funding sources.

We will be hosting bi-weekly French conversation tables on Wednesdays at 6pm, starting on September 24th. These will be held in the Dewick Conference Room, with the exception of October 8th, which will be held in room 209 of the Campus Center. Please feel free to bring your own dinner to the Campus Center that day. These conversation tables are open to all levels! There is also the opportunity for extra credit towards select Tufts French courses (please consult with your instructor). Spend five unforgettable weeks in Pavia, Italy, where your learning of computer science meets the beauty of Italian tradition. Tufts Global Education, in conjunction with the School of Engineering and the Program of Italian Studies, operates a 5-week program in Pavia, Italy, aimed at providing students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich and historic culture of Italy while earning credits in Data or Computer Science. Classes are hosted in the vibrant city of Pavia, a hub of history and innovation just 30 minutes from Milan. Pavia’s dynamic university atmosphere and stunning medieval architecture provide a wonderful and manageable setting for learning and exploration. Outside the classroom, practice your Italian over a cappuccino in a bustling piazza or while strolling along the ancient streets of this charming city. This program is designed for all students with an interest in Computer Science and an eagerness to learn about Italy. Open to undergraduate students from all schools. No background in Italian language or Computer Science is needed. Back by popular demand, the Tufts Student Alumni Collective and 'Bos of the Last Decade (BOLD) is hosting a seminar focused on financial preparation for life after college. This session is designed for students, soon-to-be graduates, and young alumni who want to feel confident about managing money after Tufts. We’ll cover the basics - what a 401(k) is and why people talk about “maxing it out,” how to start saving for big goals like renting your own place, buying a car, or planning for grad school, and whether you really need a financial advisor or can handle things on your own. The goal of this group is to build self-awareness and improve relationship skills through open and thoughtful exploration of our co-created group experience.
