Jumbo Life Calendar | Hill Hall Aerobics Room

All undergraduate/graduate students are welcome to attend fitness classes led by trained student instructors! Classes are free and open to all levels of experience. Please come to the Hill Hall Aerobics Room (entrance is at the back of Hill Hall, up the stairs to the right of the mail room) five minutes prior to class start time.  ** Jumbo Fire & Flow is a flow, fire and circus arts club hosting weekly practice and skill-share jams.
     We juggle, spin hoops, poi, staves, etc., and have plenty of props for you to learn and practice with. ** All levels are welcome, beginners are encouraged.  All of the current leadership started with no experience.     Come by, hang out, listen to music, connect with community, and gain some flow arts skills. ** Fire spinning jams occur on outdoor quads when weather permits. Attendance is open, but participation requires prop and safety training.
