On May 17, the Baccalaureate Service marked the last time the undergraduate class came together as a group before Commencement. This multifaith celebration, begun in 1864, honors the heritage of spirituality and values at Tufts through a diversity of religions, philosophies, and cultures in the form of music, readings, and blessings. During the ceremony, Ayomide Oloyede, A25, gave the Wendell Phillips Address.

The University Chaplaincy welcomed the Class of 2025 and their families to the Baccalaureate Ceremony on the Academic Green on Saturday, May 17 on the Medford/Somerville campus. President Sunil Kumar spoke at the multifaith ceremony.

Freeman A. Hrabowski III, mathematician, education leader, and president emeritus of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, delivered the Commencement address to the Tufts University Class of 2025 on Sunday, May 18.
