Join the AAC to watch Spirited Away as a part of Studio Ghibli Fest! The event is Monday, October 20th at 7:00PM at the Assembly Row AMC (395 Artisan Way, Somerville, MA 02145). The RSVP is now open and is first-come, first-serve! To ensure we’re all settled in time, meet at the theater by 6:30PM.We’ll gather directly at the venue for simplicity. A skills-based group for students who want practical tools to manage everyday stress. Grounded in mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), each session weaves together education, guided discussion, and hands-on practice so you can shift unhelpful thought patterns and build real-life coping strategies.
