Dan Pashman, A99, the host of the podcast The Sporkful, has created a new shape of pasta after a three-year effort he dubbed Mission Impastable. Called cascatelli (Italian for waterfalls), it is designed specifically to hold sauce, be easy to fork, and offer interesting texture when you bite into it.
