Hi everyone, for those interested on save water and money with a simple action that can be done by anyone, here is a tip:
By reaching under the kitchen sink and bathroom vanity . Find where the shutoff valves that supply hot and cold water to the faucet. Set the faucet to cold side and open it, reach the cold water shutoff valve under the vanity and kitchen sink( normally hot water is supplied by the left shutoff valve thus cold water the right shutoff valve).
Now that you have found left and rigth shutoff valve , turn the cold water on. While the water is running turn the shutoff valve slowly clockwise until it reach the output volume that suits your needs.
Do the same with the hot water side ( be carefull not to get burnt by the hot water).
I am a home repair and painting contractor and have done that in my house and my water bill decreased enormously.
