Time for Pause: Mondays Sessions Starts September 9 Med Ed 812 Time for Pause: Tuesdays Sessions Starts September 10 Med Ed 852 All sessions: 12:00 - 12:50 pm Refreshments provided! Participants will receive a journal to record their progress and a new stress-relief item each week!
