Rap Against the Machine: Hip-Hop and Politics in Russia with Noize MC
The Russia and Eurasia Program at The Fletcher School and the Department of Music at Tufts University hosted a conversation with the famed rapper and singer Noize MC about music, poetry, and politics in Russia. He discussed his opposition to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, answered questions from the audience, and performed several songs. The talk was moderated by visiting scholar Oleg Shakirov.
