This interpersonal process group is designed for Mandarin-speaking students who want to explore and strengthen how they relate to others. In a supportive and confidential space, group members will have the opportunity to share challenges and reflections around social connections and relationships through their journeys through cultural adjustment, identity development, community building, and managing academic or career-related stress at Tufts. The goal of this group is to build self-awareness and improve relationship skills through open and thoughtful exploration of our co-created group experience. Group members will have an opportunity to talk about their current lives and the impact of loss while juggling the demands of being a student. Participants will form a connection with each other as a community on this shared journey.
