All supplies and instructions will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle and wear sneakers and Tufts gear. This 2-day retreat at the Providence Zen Center will be an excellent opportunity for students to take a pause from their busy lives and enjoy the beauty of mindful practices. We will depart on Friday evening and come back to campus on Sunday.
