The day kicks off with an interactive experience from 11 a.m.–1 p.m., where you’ll move through a series of engaging, educational stations that trace the journey of food, from how it’s grown and raised, to how it’s processed, distributed, consumed, and (sometimes) wasted. In the afternoon, join us for a thought-provoking conversation between a representative from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and food systems leader Jennifer Hashley from the New Entry Sustainable Farming Project.
